iLISTuSELL.com is operated by Eagle Premier Realty LLC, a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage. In this Privacy Policy, “iLISTuSELL,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Eagle Premier Realty LLC and the iLISTuSELL.com service.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through iLISTuSELL.com, WooCommerce checkout, customer accounts and dashboards, forms, document-upload tools, communications, and related listing or optional services. It does not replace any privacy terms contained in a signed listing agreement, brokerage agreement, vendor agreement, or third-party service’s privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the website and services, we may collect:

Contact and identity information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, and information used to verify your identity or authority to act for a property owner.
Account information: username, account preferences, login-related records, dashboard activity, and customer-service history.
Transaction information: products and services purchased, order totals, billing details, payment status, refunds, and related records.
Property and listing information: property address, ownership information, listing details, photographs, descriptions, disclosures, agreements, forms, uploaded documents, and communications concerning a listing or transaction.
Communications: messages, emails, telephone-call information, form submissions, support requests, and feedback.
Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, and similar technologies.

Review listing information, prepare brokerage and MLS documents, submit approved listings, and communicate with you about required corrections or next steps;
Process purchases, maintain order and accounting records, administer refunds or cancellations, and prevent fraud;
Respond to inquiries, provide support, and send service-related communications;
Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website;
Comply with brokerage, MLS, association, tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, safety, and dispute-resolution obligations; and
Protect the rights, property, safety, and integrity of customers, the brokerage, service providers, and the public.

5. Accounts, Dashboard, and Payments

Customers may be required to create a WordPress or WooCommerce account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity occurring under your account.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Those providers may collect payment-card, bank, device, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under their own privacy terms. iLISTuSELL generally receives payment status, billing details, order information, and transaction identifiers rather than complete payment-card numbers.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

The website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, account sessions, shopping-cart and checkout operations, security, fraud prevention, preferences, performance measurement, and analytics. Depending on the site configuration, analytics or measurement services may include Google services and technologies supplied by WordPress, WooCommerce, payment providers, security providers, and other vendors.

You can control some cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking required cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, account, dashboard, or other website features from functioning correctly.

Brokerage personnel and authorized contractors who need it to provide services;
MLS organizations, associations, listing portals, syndication partners, and other parties involved in publishing or maintaining an authorized listing;
Payment, hosting, analytics, email, form, security, storage, customer-support, and technology service providers;
Photographers, lockbox providers, listing-description providers, and other optional-service vendors selected or authorized for the order;
Buyer representatives, transaction professionals, title companies, closing agents, escrow holders, attorneys, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when appropriate for a transaction or required by law; and
A successor or potential successor in connection with a lawful merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

Public listing information submitted to an MLS may be distributed broadly through MLS data feeds and third-party real estate websites. Once distributed, copies may remain in transaction, brokerage, analytics, archival, or third-party systems according to their policies and applicable law.

8. Sale, Targeted Advertising, and Your Privacy Choices

iLISTuSELL does not sell personal data for money and does not knowingly sell sensitive personal data. We may use analytics, measurement, or advertising technologies. If applicable law treats a present or future activity as a sale of personal data or targeted advertising, we will provide the notice and choices required by that law.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal data, and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. If we deny an applicable privacy request, you may appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explaining the basis for your appeal. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain customer and transaction records, satisfy brokerage, MLS, association, tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, insurance, security, and dispute-resolution obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of record and applicable requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission, email, website, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use a unique password, protect account credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account activity.

10. Children’s Privacy

The website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Listing-package customers must generally be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act for the property owner. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the services. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, MLS and real estate portals, mapping services, social platforms, and vendor websites. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services, technology, vendors, business practices, or legal requirements. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account, or other reasonable means.
